Important Update for Our Customers

With the hurricane approaching, we are experiencing high demand and limited manpower. Unfortunately, we can’t take on any more canopy removal requests at this time.

If you need to remove your canopy, here’s a quick guide:

1. Pop off each bungee

2. Remove the cover

3. Fold it up for safekeeping

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Stay safe, everyone!

Removal and Reinstallation

Removal is not guaranteed but we will try to get to as many clients as possible. Following the hurricane, send an additional email with your contact information for reinstallation. Frame damage send all contact info and send pictures please, this will help us better decipher if we can repair or replace.

Pricing:

Removal $250.00

Reinstall $275.00

Reinstall With New Bungees $363.00

*If your cover is not a Coastline Frame or Coastline Fabric, we would be happy to help: cost is $400 to Remove and $450 to Reinstall.

Information

Remember your canopy top must be removed if winds exceed 70 mph.

After the hurricane is named we will begin our removal list. Please send your contact information to our email and we will work diligently to get to every request. There is no guarantee that we will be able to complete your request, depending largely on resources and safety.

If you choose to remove your canopy yourself – Start in the middle and accordion fold from the back to the middle then from the front to the middle. After it is folded roll it up from the offshore side (the side furthest from the seawall).
